Well, I have to say that I too have that problem . I have seen many issues with everything from having exams and not being able to make any back, to depression symptoms, to family and friend (or lack of friend) problems, etc. Anyway, I can't say for sure what would work for you, but I do know that letting it out helps, even if just a little bit (because even a little bit helps, even if it's hard to notice in that specific time and place). You could do this by screaming into a pillow, or and scream anyway. I have a friend who has issues (anger, sadness, stress, and some that I don't really care to mention), and she has recently started a blog so that she could vent. We all noticed that he was less edgy and angry. Now, I don't know if it will work for you, but it made her feel better, which made us all a little happier. I hope that you find solace in something, be it screaming into a pillow or writing anonymously in a blog. I know how it feels, and it definitely. . . hard.
